Awareness Through Movement ®

Awareness Through Movement ® lessons to help improve body awareness, become aware of habits and reorganise your self. These classes can be beneficial for everyone, especially if you need to slow down, are recovering from injury, and/ or are feeling stressed or anxious.

Please be aware that if you have any concerns about whether the exercises are right for you, do not do them unless, and until, you have clearance from your doctor or medical team. This is especially important if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any other pre-existing medical health conditions. Our programmes are not a substitute for medical counselling. As with any exercise, if you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, then please stop.
You are responsible for listening to your body and exercising within your limits and seeking advice and attention as appropriate.
