A full body session using the Pilates ring. If you don't have a run then you can use a full inflated soft Pilates ball and a hand towel.

This is especially important if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any other pre-existing medical health conditions. Our programmes are not a substitute for medical counselling. As with any exercise, if you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, then please stop.
