A full body Pilates session using a variety of equipment.
You will need: a spiky ball, a soft ball, weights and a half roller/ blocks or a pile of books.

Please be aware that if you have any concerns about whether the exercises are right for you, do not do them unless, and until, you have clearance from your doctor or medical team. This is especially important if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any other pre-existing medical health conditions. Our programmes are not a substitute for medical counselling. As with any exercise, if you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, then please stop. You are responsible for listening to your body and exercising within your limits and seeking advice and attention as appropriate.
