An Intuitive Pilates session using the roller (optional) and light hand weights.

The whole session can also be done without a roller and some exercises can be done on the half roller or soft ball. Light weights (2kg in video) are also being used. 

Please be aware that if you have any concerns about whether the exercises are right for you, do not do them unless, and until, you have clearance from your doctor or medical team. This is especially important if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any other pre-existing medical health conditions. Our programmes are not a substitute for medical counselling. As with any exercise, if you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, then please stop. You are responsible for listening to your body and exercising within your limits and seeking advice and attention as appropriate.
