This is especially important if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any other pre-existing medical health conditions. Our programmes are not a substitute for medical counselling. As with any exercise, if you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, then please stop. You are responsible for listening to your body and exercising within your limits and seeking advice and attention as appropriate.
